BodyPositiveDanceFitness (“BPDF,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how our iOS app handles data and what happens when you interact with external services through BPDF. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the iOS app.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

Minimal Local Data Only:
BPDF does not collect, transmit, or store personal information on external servers. The app may locally store a name you provide — solely on your device — using Apple’s secure UserDefaults system. This data never leaves your device, is never shared, and is not used for any tracking or analytics purposes.

No Tracking Technologies:
We do not use analytics frameworks, cookies, or any other tracking mechanisms to monitor your activity within the app.

No Location or Device Data:
BPDF does not request access to your location, contacts, camera, microphone, or any other sensitive device data.

Optional Name Entry:
You are never required to provide a name. If you choose to do so, it remains private on your device and can be changed or removed at any time.

3. Third-Party Websites and Webviews

BPDF includes webviews that allow users to interact with third-party websites or services. Please be aware:

  • Payment Processing: If applicable, transactions are processed through third-party services like Stripe via embedded webviews. We do not store or have access to your payment data.

  • Web Functionality: These requests are required for proper operation and are not monitored or stored by BPDF.

BPDF does not knowingly collect or process data from children under 13 (or the digital age of consent in your region). Since we do not collect personal data, we are unable to identify user age.
